99% of the time I do everything on my own & the 1% of the time that I really need to lean on someone I feel like a burden. That really sucks
I’m also going to sleep more, read more, just generally take in more and put out less. Give less of myself away in an attempt to renew
Tomorrow is Yom Kippur. I will be fasting and making amends with myself. Ultimately that is going to mean making some drastic life changes
That will likely include being much pickier about my projects, charging more, stretching less, learning to say no and feel okay with that
